OTR - Pendleton Bathhouse

Originally designed as a public bathhouse during the early 1900’s, and later served as a church for 50 years, this unique historic building had fallen into disrepair. The Pendleton Bathhouse is now undertaking a breath of new life and will serve host to a single family residence. The new function required a creative approach to the original design, involving a new formal entry, keeping the balance and symmetry of the facade in mind while also respecting the historic characteristics. Architectural drawings and were completed while sub-contracting for Fold and Form Architecture.
